Shipping

Shipping cost and delivery

US shipping is included on every order. Estimated US delivery is 6–12 days from a US warehouse; you'll see it again at checkout. Orders with more than one cleaner may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout when an order ships. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, send us a message the same day through the contact page and we’ll fix it before it ships.
