Returns and refunds

30-Day Damaged-or-Defective Guarantee

If your CLEARDWELL arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Before you order: change-of-mind returns. We can’t accept returns for a change of mind, so please check the product details before ordering. The policy shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

How to contact us

Use the contact form with the email used for the order, the order reference, and a clear description of the problem. Please include one clear photo showing the problem. Do not send an item anywhere until we provide instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we approve the refund, your bank decides when it shows up in your account, usually 5–10 business days.
